....HOT FLASHES ABOUND!!!
What great news!I begin radiation on April 30 for six weeks every week day.
I had a PET scan Monday at Baptist and I went to Daphne, Tuesday morning for a diagnostic mammo on my right breast and ultra sound. Dr. Tan found a small lump at the 1:00 spot on my right breast he wanted checked out. The mole on my mangy haired head was sliced off by Dr. Kurtts two weeks ago. He sent it off and it was negative! Angela my favorite boobie girl did my Mammo at Daphne Well Mart. The mammo & ultra sound came out great. Nikki called Thursday with the PET scan results. All was clear from my brain to my knees.
I must admit I have experienced some apprehension since my last Chemo treatment. You have a feeling of helplessness. That you are not activity fighting the disease. The 6 months of regularly pumping poison into your veins gave me a sense of control over the Cancer. I miss the feeling of being pro active. However, the feeling to strangle people has somewhat returned. Dr. Tan said he was unable to treat me with Chemo or medicate all of my personality disorders out of me. Dr. Tan said he was going to check on Dr. Hixson after a couple of weeks of him giving me radiation treatments.
Susan Wilbourne brought me some mystical balm for my sensitive skin. She says it smells a bit fishy to her and that my cat might really like me. Susan Wells told me she was getting me some Emu oil to use as well.
